FLT-Metall HmbH established located at Dusseldorf, Germany, by Polish foreign trade headquarters Impexmetal.
2000
Cooperation with carefually selected production partner in China started in order to expand the rolling bearing portfolio

FLT-Metall HmbH establishes the new company FLT-Walzlager GmbH located in Viersen (close to Dusseldorf). All sales activities of bearings and steel balls are transferred to the new company

FLT-Walzlager GmbH is sold to Polish company Impex-Lozyska Sp. z o.o. (today: FLT Polska Sp. z o.o.)

FLT Holding established with headquarters in Warsaw, Poland (FLT Polska Sp. z o.o.) and subsidiaries in Germany, France, UK, Italy, China and USA.
